Kase #1

SafeSider instrumentation produces minimal tooth structure reduction with maximal cleaning of the canals by internal routing causing targeted instrumentation of the buccal and lingual walls in this case. Not the indiscriminate 360 degree centered instrumentation that is associated with rotary techniques. Single cone obturation with EZfill to complete the case.

Kase #2

Simple 2nd premolar? Not so much. A scan and a scope revealed an apical split. A bit of effort and determination with SafeSiders and we get a great result! Pre bending the instrument tip with hand placement to facilitate negotiating each apical canal is the key.
